Our annual Malvern Antiques & Collectors Village is held in a Marquee as part of the Three Counties Show and is a three day event.


COST

Single stand £220.
9ft wide x 10ft deep with one 6ft table.
 
Larger stands pro-rata.

Extra table £5 (must be pre-booked)  

SETTING UP TIMES

Thursday 14 June from 11:00 AM - 6:00 PM.
 
15-17 June  - Should you need to restock then you will need to arrive before  before 7:00 AM each morning and remove your vehicle by 7:30 AM, unless you have paid for a static vehicle pass.

If you need to take stock away at the end of the day then vehicle access will be from 6:00 PM.

SHOW OPENING TIMES

The show is open to the public from 8:30 AM - 6:30 PM, your stand must be manned between these times.

Once you have completed your booking form, when you send it to us, don't forget to enclose a cheque made payable to B2B Events.

If you are paying by card please ensure that your card details are clearly written on the booking form.

For security reasons, please do not include the three digit security code from the back of your card.
We need this, so will phone you for it as soon as we have received your form.

You will receive confirmation of your booking within two weeks of the date of the event. If you are booking within two weeks of the event then please ring first for availability of stands (see our Contact Us page for phone number).
