Our Malvern Flea Fairs are held in the Avon Hall (table top), the Wye Hall (drive-in) and outside on the Showground.



The Avon Hall has limited heating.  Electricity is provided, but please supply your own extension lead. The Hall is exhibitor friendly with level unloading and easy parking.



The Wye Hall, the showground's largest building,  provides an under cover drive-in area. Again, it is exhibitor friendly.



Outside pitches provide you with plenty of space for your vehicle and goods.

Avon Hall

Single table £40
(includes one 6ft x 2ft 6in table & two chairs.
Electricity is supplied, but bring your extension lead.)

Extra table £5 (must be pre-booked)

Wye Hall Drive-in

20ft pitch for your vehicle and stock £45.
Larger pitches are charged pro-rata.
Tables not provided.

Note: If you are booking the Wye Hall Drive-in please phone to check there is an available pitch before sending in your booking form 01 636 676 531.

SETTING UP TIMES
Do not arrive before 6:00 AM.

Avon Hall

From 6:30 AM  - Avon Stallholders allowed to park around Hall.

7:15 AM - Avon Hall opens for stallholders.

From 7:15 AM - Drive in Stallholders directed into building.

Outside Pitches

From 7:15 AM vehicles directed to their spaces.

VISITORS OPENING TIMES

Trade 7:30 AM - £3.00.
Public 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM  £3.00.

If you are paying by card please ensure that your card details are clearly written on the booking form.

For security reasons, please do not include the three digit security code from the back of your card.
We need this, so will phone you for it as soon as we have received your form.
