The Grantham Antiques, Vintage & Design Fair, held at Arena UK, Equestrian Centre, was our brand new event for 2011 at a brand new venue. Exhibitors show in the Main INDOOR Arena, as well as outside.



Arena UK is right next to the A1 at the Gonerby Moor exit. Just follow the brown signs for Equestrian Centre. The A52 and A46 are close by.

FACILITIES FOR INSIDE EXHIBITORS
The Main Indoor Arena will have five access points for unloading. Access through the collecting ring will be restricted to those exhibitors who are standing close to this entrance. You will get a designated car pass to allow entry to the collecting ring.

All exhibitors will need to move their cars to the designated car park once unloaded.

CHAIRS ARE NOT PROVIDED - PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN.

FACILITIES FOR ALL EXHIBITORS
Catering on site; toilets.

FACILITIES FOR CARAVANNERS
If you wish to stay on the showground overnight you will be able to park your mobile home or caravan in the stallholder car park or close by. There is no electric hook up.

COST

Main INDOOR Arena
Single stand - 10ft x 6ft deep - £100.
(one 6ft table, facility of electricity)

Double stand - 20ft x 6ft deep - £160
(two 6ft tables, facility of electricity)

Furniture pitches (24ft wide x 12ft deep) - £230
Facility of electricity (Limited availability). No tables.

CHAIRS ARE NOT PROVIDED - PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN.

Outside Pitches
Allocation on arrival – no marked pitch – unlimited space
£50 pre-paid.
£60 pay on the day casual (cash only).

SETTING UP

Monday 18 June - SET UP DAY ONLY

10:00 AM - Gates to Showground open for all stallholders.
12:30 PM - Inside Exhibitors Halls open for setting up.
1:30 PM - Outside Exhibitors park on their pitches.
5:30 PM - Buildings close - Security takes over.
6:30 PM - Showground close down.

Gate Security applies for any stallholders on site.

Tuesday 19 June - TRADING DAY

7:00 AM - Gates open to stallholders.
              Casual pitch tickets sold.
8:00 AM - Buildings open & Buyers admitted.
5:30 PM - Fair closes.
6:00 PM - Building closes.
7:00 PM - Showground closes.

Gate Security applies for any stallholders on site.

Wednesday 20 June - TRADING DAY

9:00 AM - Buildings open. Buyers admitted.
3:30 PM - Fair closes.
